Hi I'm Chef Gregory Light and it's my mission to share my passion for cooking with the world. I got my start studying at the Cordon Bleu in Paris before working at Michelin Starred restaurants around the world. I've been lucky enough to stand side by side some of the best and brightest chefs on the planet in nations as diverse as Greece, Italy, Sri Lanka, and Mexico. Now I've returned to my home in Sedona, Arizona with the hope of sharing everything I've learned with you!

Our cooking school emphasizes seasonality as well as local, healthy ingredients. We believe in community, education and sustainable cooking, as well as giving you and your guests a night and a meal to remember!
